Thank you for supporting MetanoiaLIVE!

MetanoiaLIVE (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has created guidelines so fans can create derivative works with peace of mind. (hereinafter referred to as "this guideline".)
 

In order to publish the characters that we own the rights to, the illustrations related to them, and other derivative works of the videos and video data that we own the rights to (hereinafter referred to as "our asset"), this guideline is given in advance. You must read all that is stated below and agree to these guidelines. By the time you publish the derivative works of our asset, you are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of this guideline.

Definition of Derivative Works

Derivative work in this guideline refers to the production of original works drawn or produced by yourself with reference to our asset. With reference to our asset, you can publish your own original illustrations/videos/music and many other forms of creative works.

The act of copying our asset as it is (or an act equivalent to this) and the act of adding simple processing that anyone can do is not recognized as a derivative work.

All rights in our assets are owned by MetanoiaLIVE.

Our asset is protected by copyright and other applicable laws and regulations, and all intellectual property rights related to the characters and video data that we hold and provide, their modifications, and secondary creations belong to us.

The use of derivative works by MetanoiaLIVE

 

When you publish the derivative work of our asset, it is considered that you have consented to the use of your derivative work for our company and a third party approved by our company for Livestream, Social Media, and others alike. Official use and conversion for goods will be consulted directly in advance between our company and you.

Editing and clipping our streams/videos

 
 

When publishing a clip of our talents' streams, be sure to include the source link in the description. It is prohibited to upload a video without editing or trimming.
 

Do not clip membership-only videos or unarchived streams.

Please note that we will request deletion of videos that fall under the above or that we deem inappropriate.

 

Using derivative works for commercial purposes

 

If you are an individual creating a derivative work within the scope of personal hobbies, such as creating digital/physical goods, creating and publishing edited clips, you are allowed to monetize them.
 

However, it must not be carried out as a business activity that goes beyond fan activities. Additionally, even if it is within the scope of fan activities, we have the rights to stop the activities when requested by us.

Products manufactured by copying/stealing/re-uploading our assets will not count as derivative works, therefore you're not allowed to monetize it.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • By the time you're creating derivative work,  you are deemed to have agreed to this guideline

  • You are not allowed to claim your derivative works as official, or creating misleading works as official

  • Any derivative works are prohibited to be used to advertise or promote other business

  • You are not allowed to give the rights that the company granted to a third party

  • Any derivative works that significantly damages the image of our talents are prohibited

  • Derivative works that contain specific ideas/beliefs, religious or political views are also prohibited

  • It is prohibited to create derivative works that are offensive to the public or whatever we deem inappropriate

  • NSFW derivative works are allowed as long as it is not offensive and receive our talent consent direct or indirectly

  • Please enjoy the secondary creative activities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any troubles related to secondary creative activities

  • We may request suspension of derivative works sales if we deem necessary

  • If you do not agree with this guideline, you may not carry out the fan activities of our assets

  • If our official works happen to be similar to the existing derivative works that you created, we hope for your understanding that we had no intention of copying your works, however, if we do use the derivative works as a reference we will credit you and your works if necessary

  • The contents of this guideline are subject to change without notice. The company is not liable for any damages caused by the revision of this guideline

Privacy in this guideline refers to the privacy of the person behind our talents, identity, or private information that belongs to them, whether it's a real name, phone number, email, or personal address.

We have created this guidelines to protect the safety of our talent from malicious people or individuals, that would potentially endanger our talents mentally or physically.

Terms & Conditions

 

  • By the time you're consuming our content,  you are deemed to have agreed to this guidelines

  • You are not allowed to contact our company or our talent directly about our talent's private information

  • Any misinformation or harassment of our talent will not be tolerated and the perpetrator would receive a ban across all MetanoiaID platforms

  • You are not allowed to give private information that belongs to our company without our consent

  • Any act in pursuit of finding out our talent identity publicly is prohibited

  • You are not allowed to spread our talent identity & private information either verbally or written

  • We may request the deletion of a post or messages that violate our talent privacy

  • If you do not agree with this guidelines, you may stop consuming our content

  • The contents of these guidelines are subject to change without notice. The company is not liable for any damages caused by the revision of this guideline
